Introducing the New RareSRV Client Panel
Your services, invoices, orders, and support conversations now have a home built specifically for RareSRV. We’ve created a new client panel to make managing your hosting account more straightforward. Whether you’re checking a renewal, following a new order, or contacting our team, the information you need is brought together in one place. Your hosting at a glance The Services section gives you a clear view of your hosting subscriptions, their status, and upcoming renewal details. When your needs change, you can manage eligible upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation requests from your account. Review the applicable pricing and timing before confirming a change, or open a support ticket if you need help choosing your next step. Clearer billing Your invoices and payment history are available directly in the panel. Open an invoice to review its charges, check the outstanding balance, and continue to the available payment options. Online payments take place through the payment provider’s hosted checkout. Your card details are entered with the provider, and confirmed payments are reflected in your RareSRV account. Follow your orders After placing an order, you can find its reference and follow its progress in the Orders section. Order and service information sit alongside your billing details, making it easier to see what you’ve requested and where things stand. Support conversations that stay together Need help with a website, a billing question, or a hosting plan? Open a ticket with Technical Support, Billing, or Sales from your account. Each ticket keeps your messages and our replies together. You can return to the conversation, add more information, and follow its status without losing the context of your original request.
