This policy applies to RareSRV services, including hosting, reseller accounts, dedicated servers, domain services, and use of our support systems. RareSRV is operated by AntNetwork, L.L.C.. Customers must take reasonable steps to ensure that their authorized users and reseller customers comply. You remain responsible for the services under your account and for responding to a reported compromise.
You must not use our services to conduct, facilitate, or knowingly support unlawful activity. Prohibited activity includes:
- Unauthorized access, credential theft, phishing, impersonation intended to deceive, payment fraud, or distribution of stolen personal information.
- Malware, ransomware, botnet command systems, denial-of-service attacks, destructive activity, or tools deployed to compromise a system without authorization.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, abusive automated messaging, forged sender information, open mail relays, or evasion of anti-spam and sending controls.
- Copyright or other intellectual-property infringement, including distribution without the necessary rights. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA Policy where applicable.
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, sexual trafficking, nonconsensual intimate imagery, credible threats of violence, or unlawful harassment and disclosure of private information.
- Circumventing account restrictions, concealing a continuing abuse incident, tampering with our safeguards, or knowingly supplying materially false ownership or billing details.
Security testing is permitted only with authorization covering every affected system and within the service's permitted use. Notify us before a test likely to affect shared infrastructure. Authorization to test your own website does not authorize an attack on other customers or upstream networks.
Lawful content is not prohibited solely because someone disagrees with it. Product-specific restrictions, including restrictions imposed by an upstream provider, must be disclosed for the relevant service.
Use appropriate credentials, keep software patched, and limit access to people who need it. Tell us promptly if you suspect a compromise. A compromised site may need to be isolated while you investigate, remove malicious content, and close the entry point.
Resellers must pass appropriate usage rules to their customers, keep contact records, and investigate reports affecting their accounts. Where feasible, we limit action to the affected customer rather than an entire reseller service. Your support obligations to your own customers remain yours unless an order expressly includes them in our service.
Send reports to abuse@raresrv.pro. Include the exact URL, domain, or IP address; a clear description; relevant dates and times with a timezone; and supporting evidence such as message headers or logs. Include a reply address so we can ask questions. Do not send passwords, card details, executable malware, or copies of illegal sexual imagery. A location reference is sufficient to identify material of that kind.
Use abuse@raresrv.pro for confidential reports about a vulnerability in RareSRV itself. Limit testing to what is necessary to demonstrate the issue, avoid accessing other people's data, and stop if you encounter sensitive information. This reporting channel does not grant permission to attack our systems.
For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate emergency authority. Our abuse mailbox is not an emergency service. We prioritize reports based on risk and evidence; this policy does not promise an unstaffed response time.
We assess reports and may ask for clarification, preserve relevant records, contact the customer, restrict a function, isolate content, suspend a service, or terminate access. We take proportionate action based on the evidence, severity, recurrence, legal requirements, and risk to others. A report does not automatically prove a violation.
For a remediable issue, we normally explain the concern and give a reasonable opportunity to respond. Immediate action may be necessary for active harm, serious security risks, legal requirements, or a binding upstream intervention. Where lawful and safe, we notify the customer of the reason and next steps. We may withhold details that would endanger someone, expose another person's private information, compromise an investigation, or violate law.
We cooperate with valid legal processes and make required reports to the appropriate authorities. We do not promise anonymity to a reporter or confidential handling inconsistent with legal obligations. Relevant portions of a report may be shared with the customer or provider so the issue can be addressed. We limit unnecessary personal information where appropriate.
A customer may request review through abuse@raresrv.pro or an authenticated support conversation. Provide the service reference, your explanation, and any remediation or contrary evidence. A staff member will review an automated enforcement decision on request. A suspension remains in place while a material risk is unresolved; requesting review does not guarantee reinstatement.
Repeat violations, evasion, or a serious single violation can lead to termination. The DMCA Policy separately explains our repeat-infringer policy and statutory counter-notice process. Refunds, outstanding charges, and data retention follow the Terms of Service and applicable law; this policy does not impose an automatic forfeiture of every prepaid amount.
